About Me

George Norman

TGN (Thats George Norman) has established and proven credentials as a record producer, having worked for various reputable record companies from the late 1980s to the mid-1990s and beyond, releasing records under the artist’s name ‘Haywire’. The material released was of a consistently high caliber attracting interest from the music press and specialised radio including BBC’s essential selection (Pete Tong) and Kiss FM (Dave Pierce).

Haywire has a catalogue of commercially released records that have made it into UK and international charts and playlisted on primetime radio.

Norman’s last production credits and commercial release was in the millennium of 2000 and licensed to Cartel records for their Anthems compilation series. Taking a break from the music industry to concentrate on other passions, Norman did not return to the music industry until 2017, when he wanted to update and expand on past skills and new trends. This led to returning to education and completing a music technology course and then onto BA(Hons) in music industry practice and electronic music production.
